RESPONSIBILITIES
- To be responsible for the management of Flight Operation Department.
- Responding directly to the Chief Pilot, Flight Safety Manager, Quality/Safety Manager.
- Ensuring that all safety, operational and technical requirements are met in accordance with the requirements of the AOC.
- Determining and controlling the Flight Operations budget including the formulation of business strategies.
- To advice the Accountable Manager on all matters pertaining to the Flight Operations Department.
- To ensure the establishment and development of a high caliber management team to deliver professional and technical services and to pursue new business opportunities.
- To represent the company via the EALL Security Services Providers in connection with the operation of its aircraft, meet the required standards.
- Other responsibilities as listed in the applicable section of the EALLL OMA.
QUALIFICATION
The minimum initial qualifications are:-
- An ATP license; and
- 5 years experience as PIC in commercial air transport operations of large aircraft.
- Degree or equivalent in management.
