HEAD OF FLIGHT OPERATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To be responsible for the management of Flight Operation Department.
• Responding directly to the Chief Pilot, Flight Safety Manager, Quality/Safety Manager.
• Ensuring that all safety, operational and technical requirements are met in accordance with the requirements of the AOC.
• Determining and controlling the Flight Operations budget including the formulation of business strategies.
• To advice the Accountable Manager on all matters pertaining to the Flight Operations Department.
• To ensure the establishment and development of a high caliber management team to deliver professional and technical services and to pursue new business opportunities.
• To represent the company via the EALL Security Services Providers in connection with the operation of its aircraft, meet the required standards.
• Other responsibilities as listed in the applicable section of the EALLL OMA.

  QUALIFICATION

  The minimum initial qualifications are:-

  1. An ATP license; and
  2. 5 years experience as PIC in commercial air transport operations of large aircraft.
  3. Degree or equivalent in management.
