RESPONSIBILITIES
- In his capacity as Accountable Manager for EALL, he will liaise with the Authority on all matters concerning the AOC.
- He Is responsible for EALL compliance with the Corporate Policy and Management Manual, and with all other procedures related to flight operations, Maintenance, Security and Training.
- He is responsible for Security, Safety and Quality policies and that the actions or corrective actions so requested or recommended by the Security, Quality and Safety Management system or the the Authority are implemented.
- He determines EALL’s Corporate Mission, Vision, Core Competencies, Key strategies.
- He determines and approves EALL’s material, human & financial resources allocation.
- He determines and provides Performance Indicators, Score Cards, Benchmarks, Strategic Positioning and Corporate Business Plan for Company’s products and services.
- He represents EAL on internal/external Executive Committees and other official high profile functions.
- He represents EALL to Federal Government for strategic positioning and Alliances/Partnership negotiations.
- He ascertains that Safety Groups and Committees do have direct access to him (Accountable Manager) to be sure that he is kept properly informed on Security, Safety and Quality and compliance matters.
- He Is responsible for the performance of contracted duties related to external customers,including technical Parts of handling agreements with other Stakeholders.
- He Is responsible for ensuring of subcontracted services for EALL where and when needed.
- He Is responsible for budget and detailed investment plan for EALL.
- He Is responsible for the aircraft and accommodation necessary for airlines activities, including the purchase of hardware, software, telecommunication means, overalls, preventive working means and articles of advertisement.
EALL operates an integrated-Airline Management System. Each Department Head is responsible and accountable (through the delegation from the Accountable Executive) for safety, quality, and security within their respective Departmental Heads.
It is important to note that the role of the Safety, Quality, and Security departments is to provide support services to the operational/maintenance/Training divisions such as:
- Risk and data analysis,
- Internal audits,
- Investigations,
QUALIFICATION
- Very Fluent in English language, without restriction,
- Requires masterly expertise or masterly knowledge of aviation, technical/professional discipline such as procedures, equipment, technology, principles, theories, and/or ideas in the field,
- Wide scope of skills and expertise from several functions in the Aviation to propose and implement multiple types of solutions to complex strategic issues.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial Air Transport Operations.
- High level certification in management.
- Expert knowledge of the Aviation industry to propose and implement multiple types of solutions to strategic complex issues.
- Capable of bringing highly strategic/“critical” impact to the business.
- Must be able to drive the Company’s Safety Responsibilities according to EALL’s documented processes and procedures.
